The Dasara celebrations in Mangaluru this year were graced by the presence of Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt, causing excitement among his fans. Arriving on a private jet, Sanjay first visited the Kateel Durga Parameshwari temple to offer his respects. He then made his way to the Biruver Kudla grounds to take part in the Oodhu Pooja, a traditional ritual associated with the tiger dance, which thrilled the gathered crowd. Welcomed with cheers from his fans, who fondly refer to him as ‘Sanju Baba’, he expressed his happiness at being in Mangaluru and praised the warm hospitality of the locals. Sanjay reassured his fans about his health and shared how energized he felt watching the tiger dance performances. To the delight of the audience, he recited his famous Pachaas tola dialogue, earning a round of applause. His visit concluded with a visit to the Kudroli Gokarnath Temple before returning to Mumbai in time to offer condolences to the family of late Maharashtra politician Baba Siddique.
